Since the quota for H1 is over, and my work permit expires in Feb, do you think it'd be a good idea to go to Nepal and apply for a H1 visa from there next year in April?Or could I do it earlier? Given that my employer is ready to sponser me. But then I wouldn't be allowed to work till October right? This is so confusing
