OHHHHHH...add to that the amount channeled into Nepa from Indial to support the Mob and Goon movement of 1990 and 2006 - Just the periods when the Indian National Congress was in power...yes the same party which has differences with the Nepal Palace. Nepalis are too dull headed to understand their politics.
