They All need to demolished..unless they belong to cetain residential negibourhoods.rest Should be grounded, Govt. should provide certain compensation and housing(apartement style)..a housing neigibourhoods with access to market, school,playgrounds...transporattion, water ,electricty...hahahaha.. but am i dreaming????
