Goverment of terrorism of Nepal: HoR should not be dissolved immediately: Leaders Leaders of various political parties have said that the House of Representatives (HoR), reinstated through the popular movement of the country should not be dissolved to institutionalize the achievements of the popular movement. Speaking at a programme in the capital organized to release a book entitled, 'People’s Movement, Elections of the Constituent Assembly and Republic', written by lawmaker Navaraj Subedi, they said that the house is not an obstacle for election of the constituent assembly. Speaking at the programme, Speaker of the HoR, Subash Chandra Nemwang, said that the country had to suffer a lot in absence of parliament and added that the House should continue to institutionalize the achievements of popular movement. Nepali Congress Democratic lawmaker, Hom Nath Dahal said that the country could not achieve the goal of holding the election of the constituent assembly if the house is dissolved immediately. He added that extensive discussion across the country is essential about the election of the constituent assembly to make the election successful and to make the constitution inclusive one. General Secretary of Nepal Sadbhawana Party (Anandidevi), Chief Whip of the Nepali Congress Anand Dhungana and Sanak Man Maharjan of Nepal Workers and Peasants’ Party also said that the House should not be dissolved unless it becomes an obstacle to constituent assembly elections. Author Subedi, who is the general secretary of the People’s Front Nepal, presented detailed information about the pro-democracy movement of the country and also presented guidelines for holding the election of the constituent assembly and establishing republic set up in the country, which he said is the mandate of the popular movement of the country.
