Saving Cristiano Ronaldo's Pride

Lucas Podolski is a good young talent. He has emerged as the frontman and a great goalscorer. C. Ronaldo, like I have always said, is a much better all round player. He dribbles well, his crosses and his skills, is second to none. But my question is, why are you into diving so much and trying to get a penalty, trying to get a player red-carded, trying unorthodox things when you are a genius as the talent of CR? I agree with some of my friends here who said he is unsportsman, he could have just laid back and utilized his skills and that could have equalled by no one. I agree with Fifa here. They are looking for someone to set an example and the unsportsman like conduct from CR backfired him and he did not win. On a positive not to the fella. Awards maybe a big thing and this is a lesson for him to learn. He can go a long way in delivering the promise he has shown over the course of next 10 years. There lies ahead a lot of awards that he can win with his potential in his footballing career. His job at hand is to ignore the booing, set an example that he plays fair than anybody, play for ManUtd, play along side Rooney, play upto his potential that we know he can deliver and be the sensatinal Portuguese that he is and he can be. This is the path out for him, remember English medias have the right to say and they are obviously disappointed. Portuguese media would have been disappointed at Rooney had Rooney done the same. It is a mutual thing. Beckam was treated the same way. But remember Beckam showed a lot of consistency and became one of the most noted player in England. Ronaldo can do the the same. I was watching one ManUtd game with Everton, I think. Everton attacked hard but the break that I saw ManUtd make was absolutely breathtaking. It was Ronaldo who started the break. He passed to Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Ruud made an amazing run through the left hand side, he dribble past a player, remember this is a one of the most pacy break I have ever seen, with his side foot he played a beautiful ball onto Ronaldo who had made a terrific run in the D-area, Ronaldo then with his left foot past a peach of a ball onto Rooney who had made another magnificent run at the far post. He finished off what I yelled, "what a break". The 3 R's from ManUtd, I think they need them and Ronaldo is as equally valuable to the side as Ruud and Rooney. I think ManUtd supporters will agree.
