Not possible. Scarcity of Land resources. And ill utilization of land resourcecs. Not possible because it is not needed in a country like Nepal where terrorism and poverty reigns suprement. Not possible because Goverment of Terrorism will eat away all the money and they will turn the current Highways into mudlanes (with potholes)...lol
