My guess is that the driver is distracted and ran the red light. There were three kids and two adults in a small car. By US standards, the car is definitely over laoded, not sure what the legal limit is in a 4 passenger car. Also I assume 2 of the 4 year olds were on a child seat which takes a significant space in the back seat. I am glad no one got hurt seriously in a camry, specially the children. Sorry for the one who lost his life. Now his/her family could be pressing hard if the camry was indeed at fault.
