Its funny the other day I mentioned about Taslima, and today she is once again in BBC news. BBC Hindi: बांग्लादेश की निर्वासित लेखिका तस्लीमा नसरीन की ज़िंदगी पर फिर मौत का खतरा मंडराने लगा है. वो इस समय दुनिया की सबसे विवादित और चर्चित लेखिका हैं. बांग्लादेश में तो उनकी हत्या का फ़तवा इस्लामी कट्टरपंथियों ने तभी जारी कर दिया था जब उन्होंने ‘लज्जा’ नामक उपन्यास लिखा था. जान बचाने के लिए उन्हें अपना देश छोड़कर नॉर्वे में शरण लेनी पड़ी थी. यह वर्ष 1993 की बात है. इसके बाद से यह विद्रोही लेखिका लगातार भाग रही है और मौत के फ़तवे उसका पीछा कर रहे हैं लेकिन बेहद चिंता की बात यह है कि अब भारत में भी उनकी मौत का फ़तवा जारी कर दिया गया है. http://www.bbc.co.uk/hindi/entertainment/story/2006/06/060628_kamaleshwar_column2.shtml I think this much is enough for wise people to understand what Modern Islam is. Of course there are very good people inside Islam who live wholesome life. I admire them, respect them and feel very close to them. Goodness doesn't have any religion, it is the greatest religion itself and follower of this religion are very few but they are almost equally distributed around the globe. Goodness will be the only religion of the planet when the civilization will reach at its peak. Next I will write about real Hinduism ......its link to Buddhism ..........
