Sorry for being away for a while. I think there is no point in saying that Nepal would be North Korea, if the maoists would take up the power. If you think that way, how would explain, with democracy in Nepal it didn`t become United States.. It is not about the name of the party. The whole ism thing doesn`t play a major role in Nepal`s context, as far as I think. Even though the parties have names like Congress, UML, or maoists, they have their own policies which do no necessarily have to be same with the corresponding ones of the rest of the world. You can take the example of UML, afterall it is also supposed to be a communist party, however it had supported the constitutional monarch and participated in the Parliament. About North Korea, it has a different backgrounds, on which it became like it is now. In Nepal context, even the king could not be a dictator, Prachanda, even if he tries, can not. And about capitalism and free market, I think if you do a littel deep study on free market, you would know how `FREE` the market is. We need to do the `HOMEWORK` before plunging into the deep Ocean of the free market. Otherwise we would be eaten up by the big sharks out there... or just lose our way. And about the october revolution, you can have your conception of what Prachanda said. But my conception is that if in this constitutional election, the ARAJAK TATWA is going to interfer and something wrong happens, the JANTA will do the October Revolution. Not that he will go out and kill people...
