Dear Friends, Please give your insight on following: How is it working with an IT consultancy run by Indians? I would want to know how is the nature of work after the training period. The one that I am encountering says they will place me with their client after completion of training. If someone has experience of working with similar type of IT company, I would be glad to know from them. I completed my master's in non-technical field and it seems that I will be working as business analyst. However, I wonder what kind of placement do these type of IT consultancy can have for business analyst type of position. They are rushing me because of H-1B limit, but I want to be sure of knowing more on this before coming to any decision. I will humbly welcome any comments/opinion in this regard. Best,
