No one will provide anything to SPAM. Believe you me, I know some really big business houses who are not paying any kind of tax and believe you me, you or your SPAM goverment can do nothing to me or to the businesses who are not going to pay to SPAM. Coming back to Aids from foreign countries...you will not get a dime worth of aid. They will give you some Humanitarian assistance, that's about it. In last 2 months, you haven't got a penny. Your SPAM is headed for doom. Come the Monsoon ends, come the people liberate thyselves. You can just see from this thread how many people are actually against SPAM.
