On one place prachanda says number of nepal army shoudl be brought down and in other he says more maoist rebels should be included in nepalese army. This is very dangerous. He wants nepalese army with majority of maoist rebels. That would mean that nepalese army with majority of ex rebels will be loyal to prachanda. Prachanda is even bigger tyrant in the making. SPA should play their cards right.
