I agree with CM. DR, there is a society in dallas called Nepalese Society of Texas, and they also have a website you can visit. Also, from what I have heard from my cousins, there are plenty of opportunities for females in malls there, specially in sales positions. the base pay is not that great, but there are plenty of commission opportunities, some as high as $100-150/day. If you know anyone who works in a mall, thats who I would try to contact first. That is all I have, hope this helps.
