I am ready to pay tax to Maoists instead of SPAM. Actually many of us are being forced tax to pay to them, so we can't help. But all of us have decided not to pay a penny to SPAM. Maoists at least are a legitimate force (who have grabbed power by force). SPAM is illegitimate.
