Can someone answer this: The treaty between Indai & Nepal was signed by HIS MAJESTY's Govt, correct! However, there is no more HIS MAJESTY's GOVT OF NEPAl, correct! So here's the billion dollar question: WILL NEPAL's HIJRAS NOW SIGN A NEW TREATY WITH INDIA? IS THIS THE PLAN OF prachanda (killer of 14000+ people) mixed with communists of Nepal, India & China????
