just curious, does girija has a certificate from a valid university?? how about the other leaders. i've heard they lack on good education also.... see,coco cola factory produces coke, pepsi factory produces pepsi, corrupted Nepali society based on caste, high low class in terms of money and who you know, and praise to people because of thier money no matter it is from corruption produce people like Raj bahadur and Girija.
