I don't know why newars people would go on celebrating secularism????Newar has deep root in hinduism and culture from the time of Newar MAlla kings of KTM valley.though they might keep quite .i don't see point of them celebrating it.there are buddist newars -shakya and bajracharya but most of them are hindu as well as buddist. If newar people looks this as defeat to brahims then they are mistaken.They are mislead .In newars there are lot of castes too.Look at the hindu culture of newar they are rich.So , there are lot of newars in terai as well so saying that newar as whole supports secularism is wrong may be these few people do. if newar looks this as oppurtunity that there wil less domination of brahim in the field of politics and goverance then they are mistaken .I always said if u want something you have to work for it no body or no system can spoon feed. Then again ,kantipur.hahahahahah.they have habit of taking picture from one place and putting wrong titles in it.
