Hey Saroj, don't be a dumbass by saying my question is stupid. The minimal presence or total absence and the incompetence of Nepali police has been made quite blatant by the recent spate of lootings. So what are they doing to protect and serve the citizens. So, again, my question: Where the heck is police when all these lootings are occuring? It is a timely and relevant question.
