This is good analysis.That what i have been stressing.Follow the democratic process.NO body is above the law.At this point with present consitution i think SPA is doing everything wrong.If it goes to Supreme court by default the SPA should lose.If anybody believes Supreme court is the place where law can be defined and law can be granted. but saying that it is not easy. we have already started seeing maoist mentality.They are breaking the code of conduct.How can anyone trust maoist?That also with guns.This is too complicated .Everyone is (SPA,M,King) is trying to put themself on top.Now that the king is no powerful SPA wants to continue this game. At this time my personal opinion would be to drag this unconsitutional HOR till every 205 rep dies.:)though this is wrong.Not democratic by any means .(i don't know how much i agree with this hmmmm.. i am just saying this cause i hate maoist more than SPA or KING.
