Calling nepal a secular is state is something that is completely uncalled for. We know Nepalese are not intellectually developed to take on anohter crisis. But then it was not the right time to take. Nepal already had several issues to face. Now the government had added new issue. Something that may create riot. If anybody thinks govenment really cares about minority in nepal then they must be mistaken. Calling nepal secular is the issue raised by maoist and govenment has been catering maoist . We also have read several times maoist killing cows and eating thier meat so why do they even care for nepal being hindu or secular. They just want nepal to be as unstable as they can.
