Maoists need lots of cadres in Kathmandu, more than 5000, to stage a coup. But it is possible only after Army comes under the influence of Parliament. This is their first lot. More are infiltrating the capital. When Army is placed under the Parliament, Maoists hope they will be able to root out the democratic forces and any other forces that oppose them.
