Nepal army is not weak, but yes compared to India army. We cannot have our defense into the hands of any foreign power, then we become a protectorate state like Bhutan and Monaco. As far as Nepali army is concerned, it is well formulated in Nepal. It is how the lawmakers implements the army into scenario and have tougher laws related to security of the state.
