Not sure about Madan Bhandari but Madhav Nepal, Jhalanath Khanal, Manmohan and his brother Bharatmohan along with some others have killed 12 bahun zamindars in Jhapa by themselves. They killed them barbarically by swords or knives. What kind of country is Nepal such murderers become netas.
