Yean Nepalese may not start killing cows real soon.... but now indian muslims will come to Nepal and start killing cows. Secular country - now the debate is wehter to make separate laws for people with different religions? At least in India they do have some laws different for muslims and hindus. Example is having many wives for muslim is OK, but not same for hindus according to their laws... in practice, of course you will find polygamy some cases of polygamy among all religious people here or there.
