Practicing civility and excercising restrain in using uncivilized words is not as a results of curtailment of freedom of speech. Rather, it is the outcome of highest human civilizaton where u feel the pain yourself by the acts tha hurts others. Also abiding by the principle of selfdiscipline is not being censorshipped. Those problems that u mentioned underlying in every society, u r right, will take long time to be abolished or even might never be abolished at all but,for sure, be miniaturized by our disiplined practices in the days to come.
