No my friend I am not trying to support the marriage or justify their behavior. I am talking about spending in marriage or overspending.. You CAN mix social issues with political, political with social and CAN make a good spaghetti nothing more. Over spending is a social issue not political. Think about all the money they spent where did you think it went? To the bands, flower shops, local restaurants, hotels etc. and who owns these shops? Despite your disagreements there are Nepalis who make their living by supporting these types of social functions whats wrong with that? And tell me which economist says spending is bad in any shape or form?
