for me most humiliating part was When i was put on hot seat at rehab. I was blasted by 49 guys for continued for 2 hours. I was not allowed to justify and speak. I was just blasted like hell for my ego. I wasn't ready to surrender coz of my ego. It certainly made me cry and melt down all my fake ego. I was then kept in isolation for one week as a part of punishment. I was asked to do pot washing for week along with carrying chair for 3 hours everyday. On final day i was asked to fill bucket with only spoon. It took me 5 hours to fill up the bucket. Today, when i look back. I am greatful to all my fellow brother, counselors, higher power and family to understand that humilation is part of life. It makes u stornger in life and helps to grow up emotionally. Today, i try to do humilation practise wherever i can. This makes me smile not laugh. well uhi recovering addict moneyminded blast the past but dont forget past is your best teacher
