I have strong emotional connections to Nepal and high hopes and ambitions of doing things for Nepal. But... the unpredictable violence in Nepal in the last few years had gotten me thinking that until the country's future returns into our (janta's) hands, it might be better for as many of us as possible to accumulate experience and resources abroad while waiting for a more opportune time to return. The events of the past month have changed things in Nepal and if the dark clouds continue to lift the way they have in recent days, then that opportune time may arrive sooner than I might have dared to hope.
