In democracy everyone would have the right to ask for human rights and that includes royalists or monarchy. In Maoist Republic - royalists or monarchy as well as democratic parties will not be allowed that freedom. It is per the wishes of the select few. Some people may consider royalists as more evil but I think they are the lesser of the two evils, Maoists being the worst. If your family members were tortured in front of you by the Maoists during the last decade, then you would understand why Prachanda should be brought to justice. May be you will now say that all of them killed by the Maoists were royalists? That's your right to believe but the fact remains true and the truth wins in the end. Time can heal many things but it can't clean up sins. I would never bring a wild tiger to my home to make myself feel safer and I cant even give it the benefit of the doubt - 10/15 yrs history is enough for me to conclude that. Prachanda will be either prosecuted or killed by his own cadres. Thats my belief, you have the right to believe otherwise.
