Which schools do you recommend for PHD in Economics? I know the top graduate schools like Chicago,Harvard and MIT but I wanted to find out if there are other emerging schools. Where have people gone so far and what is their field of specialization? I am thinking about Development Economics combined with Econometrics as the area of specialization. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated....
