I'd wait and see this time... See if Maoists really mean what they preach....and see if they really want to be a part of the democratic government..i.e. take part in elections etc.. The next move should be from Maoists...They should lay down their arms....Why do they need arms/weapons when they are roaming freely in the capital?? I have my doubts though !!
