Who cares who was protesting and who was paid and who was throwing rocks and who was manipulated and all that...The bottom line is the end result. Look, a democratic republic with Multiparty System is the only way Nepal will progress. At least to this point, we have major elements of a Democracy back, and a new constitution will be drawn up. The King did absolutely nothing and he desrves to be banished. You cannot look at the parties failures in the 90s to project failure again. The set of circumstances are differnt, as thousands of people have died due to the Maoist Revolution. Everybody has learnt from past mistakes. The most important thing is that the power has been granted back to the people, and there is a ceasefire. That is what we need right now, and we have to take things day by day. YOU ARE WRONG! NEpali people are much more conscious about what democracy means nowadays. People want peace. Democracy and resolving the maoist problem is the best way of going about doing that. If we can overcome the Maoist hurdle here, it will be a huge accomplishment. THat will be the starting point.
