India 's ruling party intensifying problem in Nepal Kathmandu, 29 April: The ruling party of India has been intensifying its activities of creating problems in the political scenario of Nepal despite the warning given by its opposing party BJP, who stated that, this kind of diplomatic game would risk the safety of India from the Maoist invasion, writes Janadharana weekly. The dissimilarity in remarks made by India’s ruling party towards the political tension of Nepal was made possible due to the role of Shyam Saran, India’s Foreign Secretary. Sources stated that, after the Palace disapproved India’s offer to provide military support to repress the people’s agitation and Maoist insurgency on the condition of providing the contract of Upper Karnali Hydro power project, a negative remark was made public by the Indian PM and its Foreign Secretariat instantly.
