As there is lot of discussion going on regarding how Nepal should move forward, I think the most free and fair way of moving this country forward is by the following:- -> Redistribution of voters per candidate (e.g., every 1 lakh population votes 1 representative) -> Election to the Constituent Assembly by the people (e.g., around 250 members) -> Elected Constituent Assembly draft new constitution with various options such as democratic republic or ceremonial monarchy or people's republic and let the people choose by means of general referendum ->Adoption of provisions on the constitution that follows the people's choice -> Election as per the new costitution -> New Government takeover -> Naya Nepal Sundar Shanta ani pragati ko bato tira lamkadai gareko ek uttam bhabisya, hami sabaiko sajha ani nyayapurna ani Saman, hami sabai ra hamra santatiko ek sundar bhabishya bokeko NEPAL NEPAL NEPAL
