Hey Kalki Kapil, Nepal is a gone case for now. Someone else said in another post earlier, what Nepal needs is an economic revolution and till we have that, we are bound to see these kind of changes every 15 - 20 years. There was same kind of sentiment and celebration in 1991, then they found some defects in that system (roots of it was casued by unemployment and economic deprivation), now the itch for this new system and mark my words, 15-20 years from now there will be outpouring demands for change in that system as well. And these will all be tied to the economic growth or lack of it, which cannot be achieved when there is political instability.
