I thought I will just give my view even if I am not a Professional Web-Developer, well: I am not a web developer at all. I think color scheme could be improved. Light green and gray, they really don't look good together. Seems like there are too many lines and curves. It make site look very busy. I would suggest to take the curves out from Logo and Menu on the left side. That's all.
