It is the slave mentality that minority, especially Asians carry that fires back at them. In my university there are white and asian (Indians and Oriental) graduate Research Assistants. They are paid for about 20 hours of work (research) every week. But the white works just that 20 hours whereas Asians end up working close to 40 if not more hours for their professors. And the professors have realized this kind of slave mentality and consequently exploit it. While a white will shout exploitation, an Asain will shut his/her mouth and labor hard.
