mokshya, There is a fine line. Some people do dirty jokes just because they are funny and some people do dirty jokes because they are horny. When people do dirty jokes and only dirty ones that makes me conclude that the person is horny, thats all. But I agree with you dont have to be horny to do dirty jokes.
