you know funniest thing, when these leaders like girija speaks in english in any international functions , it just seem so shameful. It would have been better if he would have kept any interpreter like many top leaders from several coutries do. Even more humiliating is to listen these netas talk in hindi in indian television. As far as good speaker in english goes infront of international community, king is head and shoulders above these netas. I read a report on saarc last time when king represented nepal, many believed probably it was the first time when somebody with such english speaking proficiency represented south asian country from an international newspaper. And it saved faced for many nepalese from ludicrous speeches of our netas.
