That news strip must be from Maoist's Newspaper column, even if it is true... its sad that people have no respect for the Law and Democratic Constitution established from 1000s of peoples life a decade ago. How many people have to die n how many senseless strikes poor Nepali people have to go thru to get the so called new constitution which most likely be trashed by Maoist in no time. Good Luck!
