How to create a situation where every child can go to school within 5 yrs 3. Drinking water to at least 50 nepalis 4. Cheap electricity for 100% nepalis within 10 yrs dont ypu think general public want that ? Road map to get the "satta" is nothing new, has happeend before but if SAP are responsible they must come up with the plan to make life of general public easier. otherwise formation of new govt, new constitution through constitutional assembly then running the govt in same old style brings nothing but another movement after few yrs.
