Your idea looks good on paper but what about legality. They won't have legal power to reinstate the legislative power and go for CA. They can do it, but when their decision goes to court it couldn't pass the litmus test (btw all the kings steps were illegal but he had the guns) I like your idea... I was thinking on the same line...let's see what they do
