Thats good idea but it is bit late now. Still it can be done. But the new cabinet should bring clear agenda of going to constitutional assembly (CA) before doing any work. The new cabinet's first responsibility should be to form CA and start drafting the new constitution with clear position of king. Note: The new constitution should not allow any single army under king and inside the palace unless and until the new govt explicitely recommends for limited number for security formality.
