My point being ---must the SPA ask or even wait the king to grant
the permission to go for a constituent assembly? Why not revive the
parliament, finish the business and call it off. On one hand, they say
the king is virtually dethroned by the peoples power II, and on the other
hand, you still cite some bendable articles, subject to interpretation, of the
constitution and still look upon the king. Go without the king, the new
PM is empowered by the people to initiate actions.
MPs: Show us that you are not hankering after money; do not take the salary and
allowance for the period that the parliament is brought back to life. I know
Rana Bhat has been taking benefits and will not agree to giving up his pay and allowance.It is his greediness that sets a bad example.
