atti_bho_atti_bho Unfotunately, the vast majority of the Maoist recruits do not come from major urban centers of Nepal so the Maoists will always see as "us versus them". Probably the Maoists would have to deal with the same sort of strategic dilemma if majority of their recruits had come from the major urban centers of Nepal.
