I know this SSP Druja kuma Rai who used to be a DSP at Hanuman Dhoka, one of my friends was arrested as Maoists back in 1996 from the streets. That day he had gone to watch street protests. He was arrested and charged as damaging a Taxi in kalanki, whereas he was quite innocent. When we went to meet our friends, this Durja Kumar Rai was very rude to us, we had given him another name Dusta Kumar Rai. After 2 days we managed have a force from very high level police officer and what he said to was shocking. He was apologizing to us being rude saying that he didnt know who we were, blah blah, No wonder Dusta Kumar Rai was behind Kalanki killings
