UML Leaders Khanal, Gautam Arrested From TIA THT Online Kathmandu, April 21 Police arrested senior leaders of the CPN-UML Jhalanath Khanal and Bam Dev Gautam from the Tribhuvan International Airport today. Khanal was returning from New Delhi after a long stay there. Khanal, who is also the chief of the foreign department of the party, had been in India following widespread government crackdown on opposition political leaders some three months ago.
