I see no point in revival of the dead parliament. However, if this is the last resort, I suggest: a) the First act of the Parliament should be to pass a motion to create a republic, and then commission a people's court (no commission) to hear the public complaints and punish the perpetrators of the repressive regime from the king down within a specified period of time. b)Confiscate, seize or put a moratorium on the use, sale, exchange, transfer of all properties, bank accounts, and travel of all bigwigs of the repressive regime until the hearing is completed c) Deuba should resign immediately from the resurrected Parliament since he is the one who had recommended the king for its dissolution.
