Biswa , I understand what you are saying. However, to defeat you enemy, sometimes we have to use techinques. In my experiences, IGNORANCE is one of them. People who don't respect you and your feelings- IGNORE them. e.g this thread. I am not saying we should ignore all situations. It all depends. But IGNORING policy would definitely work in this case.
