- my server is ready to do the stuff... because it is only comcast with upload upto 768, i can probably have upto 32 users at the same time. i also happen to run a web server through the same router (i hope that doesn't really matter). they are on different ports. the shoutcast server is on 8080 but due to dhcp by comcast, the ip changes on time, which i have no control over. i am workign on to get a dns server, but need t1 or above to run a good web server.. so not really an immediate plan. but when you are ready, let me know.. the shoutcast will run on PIII 500mhz katmai with 512 ram and 200 Gb HDD. Currently on 11Mbps wifi, but once this starts i'll hook it on 100Mbps ehternet... - Let ther be peace in Nepal -
